Parties

Our parties are popular and hassle free. They are 2 hours long and include food, drink and play. Play first, then there’s a break to eat and cut the cake, then more time to play at the end.
We also provide adult food as an add-on if you wish to cater for your extended family and friends at your child’s special day.

TO MAKE A BOOKING go online and choose your date and time. Take note of which pod/room you are booking and make sure it matches your estimated number of children.

SECURING YOUR BOOKING: we ask for part payment at the time of booking, either £150 or £50, depending on the day/time of the party. We then offer a cooling-off period so should you make that payment and then change your mind within 48 hours of booking then we will make a no-questions-asked refund. Email to request that. After that period, the booking is considered firm; however, please be re-assured that, in these uncertain times, we are always willing to have a dialogue and find a satisfactory conclusion should you need to cancel or rescehdule your party due to a medical problem, COVID related or otherwise. We just ask that you give the best notice possible and discuss the concern or problem with us.

THE FINAL BILL you then pay the difference between your initial payment and the final bill after your party has finished. This is dependent on the numbers of children you bring on the day (subject to the minimums on each room, see below).

PRICES 2022

Standard parties: this includes children’s party food and exclusive use of a party space. You pay only for children. Adults and babies under 12 months (if not participating) are not chargeable. £14.95 per child at the weekend and on school holiday days; £12.95 Fridays

We are currently running an extended special offer: £9.95 per child Monday to Thursday, school term.

Exclusive parties run later in the day, after the general public leave, and are £19.95 per child. These parties have a minimum of 20 children. On our booking calendar, button below, we have a “part-exclusive” that runs 5pm-7pm, at weekends (at normal party prices), so you finish with 30 minutes exclusive play after the general public leave. If you wish to book a complete exclusive then this runs 6.30-8.30 and needs to be booked directly with us, not online. Use our contact form from this website.

Your Party Meal: You choose from hot food or cold food and we cater for common dietary variations and allergies. Please ask parents to make us aware of that on the day as they arrive. Should an allergy be very severe, then please make parents aware that we are a busy kitchen preparing fresh meals and we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination. We ask children for their choices as they arrive, so you do not need to collect up choices in advance; in fact, we discourage it as children can change their mind on the day.

Items may change according to supplier availabilty, but we usually offer the following:

Hot Food Choices: Beefburger (Veggie alternative), Sausages (Vegan alternative), Fish Fingers, Chicken Bites, all served with chips. Fruit shoot drink. We have gluten free items, too, please ask on the day.

Cold Food Choices: COLD lunch box choice of ham, cheese, jam sandwiches, fruit, crisps, kit-kat (or similar)

Drink and Dessert: Both options come with fruit shoot drink and a kitkat.

UPGRADES

We have recently reintroduced Party Bags, including a selection of little items, including an animal mask, haribos, a pencil and more. See booking form for details.

Standard sweet treat of kit-kat can be upgraded to a Mr Whippy for £1.25

We now offer,as well as party bags, Sweety Cones. This appeals to every age! £2.45

Double Upgrade offer … both sweety cone + Mr Whippy upgrade for £2.95 per child.

Please note: you are welcome to bring a cake and extra decorations but please do not bring additional food for adults or children unless agreed by email with us. This would only be allowed in the case of specific allergies we felt we couldn’t cater for.
