FAQ:

We are open 9.00am-6.30pm every day of the year except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day (early closing on the Christmas and New Year’s Eve).

You DO need book at the weekends (and school holidays) from September through to April, as we sell out most days. If no places are showing up on our online booking then it’s unlikely you will be able to enter without a booking especially through the middle of the day into early afternoon.

If you are trying to cancel or reschedule, we don’t take telephone cancellations as we need a written request; even if we don’t reply immediately, it timestamps your contact with us and we will do our best to help. We are nice people and don’t want to keep your money if you have a genuine reason for non-attendance.

If you are running late, don’t worry, we don’t need to know. We’ll see you when you get here and you can discuss a time shift so you don’t lose out.
